Speaker: Melissa Watanabe Farmers Independent Agent with 12 years experience. Explained reason an Umbrella
Policy is necessary for almost everyone – thanks for the valuable information.
OLD BUSINESS
Contest: Three way tie – Congratulations: Paula Hazard, Angela Clitherow & Sharon Chapman
Each will win $50 for the most outside leads in the contest period!!!
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Membership: New Member Dr. Mary Cote – Welcome! Ophthalmologist.
Publicity: WBC has a booth for the July 31st FV Chamber Concert in the Park – plan to be there!! It’s totally fun
and you can get LEADS for your business!!

Please remember if you get a SECOND BEVERAGE you must pay Amber the difference….we only get ONE
beverage with a meal…anything more isn’t covered in your dues and is your personal responsibility
NEW BUSINESS: Suggestion by Amber to put our needs and wants on the web site! Great idea Amber…now we
really do need to check the web on a regular basis for updated information from all the members.
Summer Social: Continue to look for a viable place to incur the least amount of work on any members:
Stonefire grill is now the focus of attention. To be updated at the June meeting. Aim is for August.
Members Activities: Donna Frank is walking in the American Cancer Society Walk 10/31-6/1 – at Fountain Valley
H.S. 10a-10a – in Doug Walker’s name
Mary Cote – Vision Walk on 6/1 www. Visionwalk.org – teamva –to increase awareness of retinal disease.
Cindy Sun is having a music festival 2nd week of August as a fund raiser.
All these activities need to be given to Mona to be on the Web Site for all members to view.
Joani thanked all the members for the love and donations after Doug’s death. We all love you Joani.
